How it Works

STEP 1 :

You Provide

CTC partners with your apartment community to provide tenants with the luxury of a delivery dry cleaning and laundry service. CTC will setup a locker system in a safe, convenient, accessible area on the property.

STEP 2 :

We Deliver

Tenants place their clothes in the specified bags and put them into lockers for pickup. We pick up the items for cleaning and take them to their designated cleaning areas. Clothes are delivered in 24 hours or less, either to the tenant’s home or a designated locker.

STEP 3 :

Tenants Appreciate

Tenants will receive their clean clothes and appreciate their community for providing a convenient, full service, dry cleaning /wash and fold service at a great price.
